How much are Snow Mountain Passes for adults and children?

We have an array of Snow Mountain Experiences available for purchase.  Please view our tickets page for more information.

Children 2 and under are free - please check in at the measuring station (located at the Main Ticket Plaza) to get a "children 2 and under" snow tag.

All guests must have a Snow Mountain ticket to enter Snow Mountain/SnowZone area.

Do children require adult supervision at Snow Mountain?

Children under the age of 16 require supervision by an adult Snow Mountain ticket holder. 

What should I bring to Snow Mountain?

Don’t worry about buying or lugging snow gear, all you need for your tubing and snow play fun is included in the price of admission. For the safety of all Snow Mountain's guests, only park-provided equipment is allowed. You should consider dressing warmly for your snow outing and bringing a change of clothing in case you get wet.

How do I find out if Snow Mountain is cancelled?

Please be sure to provide your proper e-mail address and phone number when purchasing Snow Mountain tickets. If a Snow Mountain session has to be canceled, we will use the contact information provided upon purchasing and send an e-mail and phone call to notify any guest of the cancellation. The e-mail and phone call will inform the guest of options for next steps.

What should I wear?

This is real snow! It is wet, cold and slippery. Enjoy your time at Snow Mountain by wearing warm, water-resistant clothes including gloves and boots. You might also consider covering ears with muffs or hats. Layering is also recommended. You might start out cold, but end up breaking a sweat as you play in the snow. Also consider bringing a change of clothing. Don’t own any winter gear? The Park sells basic snow gear like hats, gloves, and other winter staples. 

Are lockers available for Snow Mountain guests?

Yes. The park offers locker rentals for $10 with a $5 key deposit.

Members receive up to $7.00 off All-Attractions Passes for guests.

Limit 6 (six) per visit. Not valid on Twilight Rate, Individual Attraction Tickets, Snow Mountain Tickets, or with any other discounts or offers. Not available for advance purchase.

Can I change my group's date of visit?

Please contact our office at 770-498-5636 to change your visit date. Changes to reservations that involve a field trip program or Snow Mountain tickets must be made at least two weeks prior to your visit date and are only possible based on availability.

Are there any height restrictions at Snow Mountain?

Avalanche Alley (multi-rider tubes) require a minimum height of 36" tall, a minimum of four (4) riders and a maximum of ten (10 - max 8 adult) riders per tube.

Tube Runners (single tubes) require a minimum height of 42" tall, and a maximum of one (1) rider per tube.

Tube Runners (double tubes) Guests may participate on a double tube if they are at least 36" with a supervising companion.

Dare Devil Plunge (single and double tubes) require a minimum height of 48" tall.

Bunny Slopes, located in the SnowZone, is designed for kids 3 and under. The maximum height is 42".  Penguin Run, also located in the SnowZone, is one step up with a maximum height of 54".
