Enjoy a day full of adventure with great family attractions and special live entertainment, then stay into the evening to experience the Lasershow Spectacular followed by the exact same patriotic fireworks finale each night of the celebration!

Access to the Lasershow and fireworks is included with paid daily or annual parking. Attractions and entertainment are included with a daily All-Attractions Pass or annual Mountain Membership.

When is the Fantastic Fourth Lasershow and fireworks?

July 1-7, 2019.

Enjoy the same exact show seven nights in a row!

How much is the Lasershow?

Seating on the lawn is free with your paid parking, but the show can also be enjoyed from the comfort of a reserved snack terrace seat each day of the celebration excluding the 4th.

What should I bring to enjoy the Lasershow?

If you are not taking advantage of our Reserved Snack Terrace Seating, blankets, lawn chairs, and coolers* are permitted on the lawn for the Lasershow. Pop-up canopies are also permitted during the day, but must be brought down before the start of the show. Snack, dining, and shopping options are also available adjacent to the lawn so you can fuel-up and gear-up before the show!

*Glass containers and alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the lawn.

Where do I enter the Park?

Enter through the Main Gate (entrance on Highway 78) or the South Woods Gate (James B Rivers Memorial Drive and East Mountain Street).

Are there designated smoking areas?

Lower Lawn (below train tracks): On the left side near the Cherokee Trail below the South Carolina terrace. Upper Lawn: Outside of the east and west side restrooms. All other areas on the laser lawn are restricted. Please be courteous of non-smoking guests.

Can I bring alcohol to the park?

Alcohol can be brought to the Park, but is not permitted on streets, in parking lots, or other posted areas. Those other areas include, but are not limited to, attractions, the lawn/Lasershow, Pavilions, the Special Events Meadow and the Walk-Up Trail. No glass containers are allowed.

Are pets perimited at the Lasershow?

No. Pets are not permitted on the lawn.

Can I use the All-Attractions Pass or All-Attractions Pass Meal Deal to access the attractions during Fantastic Fourth Celebration?

Can I purchase a Lasershow Snack or Dinner terrace seat?

Lasershow Terrace Seating and Dinner Terrace Seating are available each day of the Fantastic Fourth Celebration excluding July 4th.

Only on July 4, terraces are open to the public on a first come basis.

Can I leave the Park and come back on July 4?

Re-entry is subject to availability. Guests who leave the Park on July 4 and then wish to return will have to re-pay the Park entry fee.

Is high attendance expected on July 4?

The park typically experiences large crowds on July 4 and it is best to arrive early. Please note that you can experience the exact same show each day of the Fantastic Fourth Celebration (July 1-7).

Can I reserve a pavilion on July 4th?

We do not rent any of our private picnic facilities, including covered pavilions, on July 4th or over the holiday weekend.
