Attractions for Toddlers at Stone Mountain Park
Weekends thru October 28, experience the perfect outdoor challenge for your little ones. With a low ropes course and multiple line bridges, they'll feel just as brave as the big kids! Camp Highland is located inside the SkyHike® family adventure course complex. Close-toed shoes are required.
Dinosaur Explore and Dinotorium
Bring your budding dino rangers to a walk-thru experience with twenty life-sized roaring dinosaurs! After you pose for a picture with their favorite dino, stop by the Dinotorium, an indoor play space where you’ll find huge slides, trampoline floors, climbing structures, and over 65 interactive games. Hurry—dinos go extinct after November 4!
Open daily from 10 A.M. – 5 P.M., the famous SkyRide is the rock’s top attraction. The high-speed, Swiss cable car offers breathtaking views of the mountain and the city of Atlanta. Your toddler will love the exhilarating 800-foot-high ride to the top!
Saturdays thru October 20
This Atlanta tradition is sure to spark the imagination of your kiddo. With state-of-the-art graphics, lasers, music, and choreographed drones, our Lasershow provides entertainment for the whole family. You can bring your own blanket for seating, or reserve a terrace spot with snacks for an all-inclusive experience.
Stop by the farmyard to get up close with sheep, pigs and trick-performing goats! You’re toddlers will love petting our furry friends and you're guaranteed to laugh and marvel at our goats’ skills!
Great Locomotive Chase Adventure Golf
Nothing says fun like a miniature golf course. Our course is based on the real-life adventures of The Great Locomotive Chase that took place during the American Civil War. Make your way through 18 holes in pursuit of the stolen General locomotive!
Take a five-mile excursion around the mountain when you and your family can ride our full-size 1940's locomotives with open-air cars. Trips take about thirty minutes, so climb aboard to make some family memories!
Ride The Ducks™
Ride along in our 1940's era Army DUKWs that travel from land to water and back all in one trip. We’ve converted them into open-air vehicles to give our riders the best views of the Park. Captivate your toddlers’ attention and quack along with lots of fun and music along the way.
Venture indoors for an immersive cinematic experience your little one is sure to enjoy. Feel the action on the screen with wind and rain effects, rumbling seats and more!
With so many activities to choose from, your toddler will be begging you for a second trip! Make the most of your trip by planning in advance. Check the events calendar to see when attractions and activities are open.
*Purchasing a daily or annual Parking Pass is required upon entry of the park. Children under 3 can enjoy Park attractions for free, but must be accompanied on attractions by a paid adult.
