What is the FREE Pre-K Spring/Summer Pass?
The FREE Pre-K Spring Summer Pass is an exciting new program at Stone Mountain Park that ensures kids 3-5 have the opportunity to enjoy our family-friendly park attractions free of charge by offering a complimentary season pass at the time of Activation. These passes are valid for visitation March 1 through August 31, 2020.
Do kids under the age of 3 get a free pass?
Children ages 2 and under do not require a pass and always enjoy free admission to Stone Mountain Park without a pass.
Are parents required to buy a pass?
No. However, a paid parent or guardian must accompany any child in the park at all times. Parents and guardians can purchase either daily All-Attractions Passes or Pre-K Companion Passes.
How do I get a FREE Pre-K Spring/Summer Pass for my child?
- Register: Visit www.stonemountainpark.com/PRE-K to register your child BEFORE visiting Stone Mountain Park by May 25, 2020.
- Activate: After you register online, bring your child to the park to activate their pass. You must also bring a birth certificate or passport that confirms their age. Deadline to activate is May 25, 2020.
- Play: After you activate your child’s FREE Pre-K Spring/Summer Pass, your child can visit Stone Mountain Park from March 1 thru August 31, 2020.
Can I complete registration over the phone with a Stone Mountain Park representative?
No. Registration must be completed online prior to visiting Stone Mountain Park at www.stonemountainpark.com/PRE-K

How long is the FREE Pre-K Spring/Summer Pass valid?
The FREE Pre-K SPring/Summer Pass is valid March 1, 2020 thru August 31, 2020.
Where do I activate the FREE Pre-K Spring/Summer Pass?
At the Main Stone Mountain Park Ticket Plaza in Park Central.
What happens if I miss the May 25 deadline?
The 2020 FREE Pre-k Spring/Summer Pass will be unavailable after May 25, 2020.
What is the age range?
3 to 5 years old.
I have a child under the age of 3. Does my child need a Free Pre-K Spring/Summer Pass?
No. Children ages 2 and under are free.
My child is 5 this year, turning 6. Are they still eligible?
If your child is 5-years-old on the date you register the pass, the child is eligible.
My child turns five tomorrow or six on a couple of months, can they still get it?
Yes. As long as the child is between the ages of 3 and 5 when registering, the child is eligible.
Is the FREE Pre-K Spring/Summer Pass like a Mountain Membership?
Pre-K Spring/Summer Passes are valid for access to park attractions from March 1 - August 31 whereas Memberships are annual passes lasting 12 months from the date of purchase. Pre-K Spring Summer Passes do not include Mountain Membership benefits like Bring a Friend Free days or discounts on food and merchandise.
Does the Pre-K Spring/ Summer Pass get Bring-a-Friend FREE benefits?
Can a Pre-K Spring/Summer Pass be upgraded to a Mountain Membership?
Does the Pre-K Spring/Summer Pass include free parking or other amenities?
Can my child use the Pre-K Spring/Summer Pass for their field trip?
No, the Pre-K Spring/Summer Pass cannot be used for guided program field trips.
DOCUMENTATION AND PROOF OF AGE
What documentation is required?
An original or copy of a valid birth certificate, Passport, or Green Card. Both printed and digital documentation is accepted.
What if I lose my Pre-K Pass card?
Lost Pre-K Pass Cards can be replaced at Guest Services located in Park Central. Replacement fee for lost cards is $15.00 per card.
Do you accept Passports?
Do you accept Green Cards?
Yes, if it lists a birth date.
Do you accept school ID, children security ID cards, or other forms of identification?
Do I need original documents or will photocopies or digital copies be accepted?
Documents can be originals, photocopies, or digital copies.
Can I present documentation as an image on my phone, computer or tablet?
Yes, so long as the documents are legible.
