Rx Outreach (Prescription help)
Rx Outreach is a non-profit, mail order pharmacy. Their medications are delivered free directly to a patient's home and they offer over 1,000 medications at prices below retail. A list of medications and prices can be found at www.rxoutreach.org - Find Your Medication. Rx Outreach is dedicated to making medication affordable, and believes no one should ever have to choose between filling a prescription and taking care of basic needs. The Rx Outreach low-cost mail order pharmacy is available to anyone who meets the eligibility requirements. Membership is traditionally reserved for those earning less than 400% of the Federal Poverty Level, but they are temporarily expanding the guidelines for the medication program to assist individuals and families who are facing severe financial hardships because of COVID-19. Attached please find instructions for on-line enrollment in this program. This program can be used whether you have health insurance or not.
