Yes. Pumpkin Festival Play by Day, Glow by Night is a gated event. Guests will need either a daily Attractions Pass or annual Mountain Membership to access the event and the attractions. 
Only Summit Skyride tickets may be purchased individually during Pumpkin Festival. All other attractions will require either a daily Attractions Pass or annual Mountain Membership.
