Treehouse Challenge
Cost: Children (ages 3-11): $9.00; Adults: $7.00 (plus tax); Included on the One-Day All Attractions Pass and Mountain Membership

This one-of-a-kind outdoor attraction has two dueling tree houses, where groups of boys and groups of girls join forces to compete against the opposite gender for bragging rights. The treehouses stretch three stories high and give kids over 100 interactive activities and challenges to enjoy.

Hundreds of colorful balls are mechanically taken to the top of each treehouse and released down specially made ball-ways that traverse from top to bottom and throughout both treehouses – dropping the balls into interactive stations. Players on each side use their hands and wits to master games to earn the greatest number of points.

Antebellum Plantation & Farmyard
Cost: Included in One-Day Adventure Pass and the Mountain Membership. Individual Attraction Tickets: Adults: $9.00; Children (age 3-11): $7.00 (plus tax)

The Antebellum Plantation at Stone Mountain Park is a collection of original buildings from around the State of Georgia, built between 1783 and 1875.  Each structure was moved from its original site and carefully restored to preserve its authenticity and historical value.

This fascinating area also houses the most extensive collection of period furniture and decorations in the south, reflecting the diverse lifestyles of 18th and 19th century Georgia residents.

Take a self-guided tour and enjoy the sights and smells of the working cookhouse and garden where demonstrators preserve the timeless culinary traditions of the south.

Be sure to visit the Farmyard where kids can pet the animals, work with our trainers to learn about animal behavior and come to understand the role of livestock in early Georgia life. The Plantation also hosts several special events, including occasional Military Drills by the 42nd GA Unit (
click here for schedule), Frontier Days, Stone Mountain Indian Festival & Pow-Wow and An Historic Christmas.
