If you are a Snow Mountain ticket holder, you may re-book your Snow Mountain session date and time. Please contact us at 770-498-5690 and we will assist you. You may also email us at snow@stonemountainpark.com, including your name, reservation number, and your new date and time preference.

If you are a Mountain Member PLUS and made your free reservation as part of your membership benefits, simply click here and select a new time for Snow Mountain on another day of your choice.
