The Everest Teambuilding Program will ensure that your team reaches the very top of their capabilities. There is a two or three-day option to select from to put together the expedition that will ensure your team succeeds in summit attempt.  You will assist as we choose from a selection of tools to assess, equip and challenge your team to realize their greatest potential.  

Everest Teambuilding Focus: The length of your team’s program will vary depending upon the issue or initiative that your team is facing. We will work with you to customize the best program and length for your needs.

Everest Teambuilding Overview
The Everest Teambuilding Program is ideal for the teams that already reaching new heights but in order to reach the summit some specific issues need to be addressed. Everest is a program that will assist your team in reaching the summit by helping them into the right frame of mind to assess and plan for the next steps needed to be at their best.

This is a flexible program that maximizes the use of the classroom environment as well work in the field.  Trained leaders will lead your team through content that will aid in everything from conflict resolution to skill assessment.  Your team can be led through RightPath, DISC, or Meyers-Briggs to gain the proper perspective and focus on behaviors and personalities that enable peak performance. You can also choose to use the Belbin Team Survey, which will help you look at different roles people play on your team to ensure that they are in the very best role for their skill set. Your team will be exposed to tools that will assist in measuring motivation, delegation skills and coaching skills.
