Thank you for your interest in becoming a performer in the 49th Annual Yellow Daisy Festival (Sept. 7 - 10, 2017).
The Yellow Daisy Festival, a juried show, features more than 400 of the Nation’s finest artists and craftsmen. A wide variety of unique creations are offered throughout the meandering trails of the wooded area. The festival includes live music and fantastic festival food. For five years in a row, the Yellow Daisy Festival was selected the #1 Predominantly Classic & Contemporary Craft Show in the Nation by Sunshine Artist Magazine, compared to over 10,000 shows.
The decision of the Yellow Daisy Jury is final. The Yellow Daisy Festival does NOT maintain a waiting list. Cancellation by applicant after jury and exhibitor selection or after March 17, 2017, for the 2017 Yellow Daisy Festival, will result in loss of all fees. Withdrawal at anytime must be in writing and signed by applicant to be official and remain in good standing.
The Yellow Daisy Festival is a JURIED SHOW and the application process is as follows:
- March 17: Applications with full payment (application fee and site fee) are due to the event organizers. This payment is processed and deposited, but does NOT imply that you have been accepted to the festival. If you are not accepted into the show, your site fee is refunded but the application fee is non-refundable.
- April: The Yellow Daisy Festival Jury meets to select festival participants. The jury is composed of a panel of experienced artists, show producers and crafters. Selection is based on quality and skill in workmanship, original & creative ideas and attractiveness of display.
- Mid-May: All applicants are notified by mail of acceptance or non-acceptance to the show. Acceptance or non-acceptance will NOT be discussed over the phone or via e-mail. Those who were not accepted into the show receive a refund of their site fee, mailed separately.
